Membership & Eligibility

• Sisterpreneur Club is a community for adult women in business. You must be 18 or older to join.
• Joining is free. There is no membership fee and no monthly subscription to belong to the community.
• You join by completing our registration form and following onboarding with our administrator on WhatsApp. Your place is confirmed once onboarding is complete.
• Please give accurate details when you register. Your account is personal to you, so keep your login private and do not share it.

Courses, Classes & Payments

• Sisterpreneur Club may change, limit or introduce fees for any course or resource, and will communicate such changes to members.
• Live classes, workshops and events are registered for and paid for separately, one at a time. Joining the community never requires you to buy a class.
• Our website does not currently run a payment checkout. Our administrator will explain how a class is paid for, and payments are verified by our team before your registration or access is confirmed.
• The fee, schedule, who can take part, and any refund or transfer arrangements for a class are explained by the administrator before you pay. Please read them before making payment.

Conduct & Professional Focus

Every member agrees to follow our Code of Conduct. In addition, to keep the community safe and focused, the following are not permitted:

• Political and social debates: Sisterpreneur Club is a neutral space for business and personal growth. Discussions of political affiliations or controversial social issues do not belong here.
• Personal solicitation: this is a professional sisterhood. Using the community to seek romantic or sexual relationships, or to make inappropriate personal advances, is strictly forbidden.
• Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour: harassment, intimidation, personal attacks and deliberately disruptive conduct have no place in any of our spaces.

Confidentiality & Discretion

Sisterpreneur Club runs on absolute discretion. What is shared in the home stays in the home.

• Do not take screenshots or screen recordings, or share internal conversations, outside the space they came from without permission.
• What is shared in one circle, class, group or private space stays there. Do not pass its activities, strategies or conversations on to another group or to anyone outside the community.
• Do not share another member’s personal details, including her phone number or contact information, without her consent.

Breach of privacy: a member found leaking, sharing or distributing internal content or conversations may face immediate removal from the community and, in serious cases, legal action.

Intellectual Property

• All Sisterpreneur Club materials, including courses, recorded classes, Vault resources, e-books, journals, templates and documents, are proprietary and confidential. They are provided for the personal use of registered members. Access being free for now does not change this.
• Do not copy, sell, redistribute, publish or commercially use these materials without written permission. Unauthorised sharing or distribution will result in permanent removal and potential legal review.
• Members may not create, promote or take part in competing communities that replicate Sisterpreneur Club’s structure or offerings.
• Hosting unauthorised private events, masterclasses or networking sessions using the Sisterpreneur Club network or its members is a breach of these terms.

After membership ends: whether you are removed or choose to leave, you remain bound to protect Sisterpreneur Club’s confidential materials and intellectual property. You may not copy or replicate its proprietary materials, resources or structure.

Participation & Accountability

• Sisterpreneur Club is a results-driven sanctuary. You get the most from it when you take part in the ways that matter to you.
• Not being active is not, on its own, a breach of these terms.
• Where a class, workshop or programme has specific commitments, such as attendance or tasks, please honour them and let the administrator know when you cannot take part.
• Where a particular programme depends on participation, the administrator may check in with you or review your place in that programme.

Review, Suspension & Removal

• Sisterpreneur Club may review conduct that goes against these terms or the Code of Conduct, or that materially affects the safety, privacy or integrity of the community.
• Depending on the circumstances, the administrator may ask for clarification, issue a warning, restrict access or remove a member.
• Serious or repeated breaches, including breaches of confidentiality, intellectual property or respectful conduct, may lead to immediate removal.
• You may leave the community at any time by letting the administrator know.

Sanctions: a member removed for a serious breach, including disruptive behaviour or lack of respect, is not entitled to a refund of any fee paid for a class or event.

Privacy, Changes & Governing Law

• We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
