Terms & Conditions

By joining the Sisterpreneur Club, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity, privacy, and growth of every member and the community as a whole.

Please read carefully before completing your registration.

Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all membership tiers — Gold, Silver, and Platinum — and are binding from the moment your membership is activated.

Membership & Eligibility

  • Membership is granted through a rigorous vetting process. Tier placement (Gold, Silver, Platinum) is determined by business scale to ensure aligned and relevant engagement.
  • A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₦10,000 applies to all new members.
  • Continued access requires a monthly subscription. Failure to renew by the due date results in immediate suspension of access to all SPC platforms.

Tier Targets

  • Each tier (Gold, Silver, Platinum) carries specific, mandatory performance targets.
  • Members are expected to meet these milestones to remain within their assigned tier and the community.
  • Meeting tier targets also makes members eligible for bonuses and additional rewards.

Community Integrity & Intellectual Property

  • Members are strictly prohibited from creating, promoting, or participating in competing communities that replicate SPC's structure or offerings.
  • Hosting unauthorized private events, masterclasses, or networking sessions using the SPC network is a breach of contract.
  • All SPC materials — E-books, journals, recordings, resources — are proprietary and confidential. Any unauthorized sharing, selling, or distribution will result in immediate legal review and permanent removal.

Post-Termination Clause: In the event of removal or voluntary departure, you are strictly forbidden from starting, copying, or replicating any business model, structure, or resource relating to SPC. Your obligation to protect SPC's intellectual property remains binding even after membership has ended.

Participation & Results-Driven Accountability

  • SPC is a results-driven sanctuary. Active participation in sessions, tasks, and monthly activities is mandatory.
  • Consistent inactivity or failure to submit required accountability tasks without prior communication will result in immediate review and removal to protect the group's collective momentum.

Sacred Conduct & Zero-Distraction Policy

To maintain a safe and focused environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Political & Social Debates: SPC is a neutral space for business and personal growth. Discussions regarding political affiliations or controversial social issues are not permitted.
  • Personal Solicitation & Relationships: This is a professional sisterhood. The use of this platform for seeking sexual relationships or inappropriate personal advances is strictly forbidden.
  • Confidentiality: No screenshots, screen recordings, or sharing of internal conversations. What is shared in the "home" stays in the "home."

Sanctions: Any breach of these terms — including disruptive behaviour or lack of respect — will lead to immediate removal without refund.

Community Integrity & Sister Group Privacy

SPC operates on a foundation of absolute discretion.

  • Members are strictly prohibited from discussing the activities, strategies, or internal conversations of their sister group with members of another group or individuals outside the community.
  • Every group must maintain total privacy. Any member caught disclosing sister group information, "cross-talking" between groups, or leaking activities will face immediate termination from the entire SPC community.
  • Members are prohibited from creating, promoting, or participating in competing communities that replicate SPC's structure or offerings.
  • All SPC materials — E-books, recordings, journals — are confidential. Unauthorized sharing or distribution will result in a permanent ban and potential legal review.

Breach of Privacy: Any member found leaking, sharing, or distributing SPC's internal content will face immediate termination and potential legal action.
