Community standards
Our Code of Conduct
Sisterpreneur Club is built on trust, respect, discipline and collective growth. Every sister helps keep this a place where women can learn, connect and grow with confidence.
Members are expected to respect these standards. Where conduct falls materially outside them, the Sisterpreneur Club administration may review the matter and take appropriate action.
These standards apply everywhere sisters meet: our online courses and Vault, community spaces and groups, live classes, workshops and events.
Seven Standards We Share
Simple expectations that keep the community safe, generous and worth belonging to.
Participation & Accountability
- Take part in the community in ways that matter to you, and make good use of the courses, resources and opportunities available.
- Where a class, workshop or programme includes specific commitments, such as attendance or tasks, honour them, and let the administrator know when you cannot take part.
- Not being active is not a breach of this Code. Where a particular programme depends on participation, the administrator may check in with you or review your place in it.
Respect & Professional Conduct
- Treat every sister with courtesy, dignity and respect, whatever her background, business, experience or level of participation.
- Handle disagreements constructively. Personal attacks, harassment, intimidation, bullying and deliberately disruptive behaviour have no place here.
- Help create a space where sisters can ask questions, share ideas and speak openly without fear of humiliation or abuse.
Confidentiality & Privacy
- Treat what a sister shares in a discussion, session or private community space as confidential, unless she has clearly said otherwise.
- Do not share private conversations, screenshots, recordings or documents outside the space they came from without permission.
- Do not share another member’s personal details, including her phone number or contact information, without her consent.
What is shared in confidence should remain in confidence.
Community & Commercial Conduct
- Use Sisterpreneur Club spaces for genuine connection, learning, collaboration and participation.
- Do not spam members, repeatedly solicit them, send unsolicited promotions or take part in misleading commercial activity.
- Enter any collaboration, referral, transaction or business relationship with another member voluntarily and with your own independent judgment.
Content & Intellectual Property
- Our courses, recorded classes, Vault resources, documents and templates are provided for the personal use of registered members. Access being free for now does not change this.
- Do not copy, sell, redistribute, publish or commercially use Sisterpreneur Club materials without permission.
- Respect the original work and intellectual property of other members as well.
Integrity & Personal Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of what you choose to share in the community.
- Do not impersonate anyone, misrepresent who you are, or use the community for dishonest or unlawful activity. Keep your login details private and do not share your account.
- Use good judgment before entering any financial, professional or personal arrangement with another member.
Administration & Enforcement
- Sisterpreneur Club may review conduct that appears to go against these standards, or that materially affects the safety, privacy or integrity of the community.
- Depending on the circumstances, the administrator may ask for clarification, issue a warning, restrict access or take other appropriate action.
- Serious or repeated breaches may lead to removal from the community or loss of access to its resources, in line with the terms that apply to the site.
We enforce this Code to protect the community and every member’s experience of it.
The kind of community we create depends on how we show up for one another.
Sisterpreneur Club is more than access to courses and resources. It is a community built through participation, respect, generosity and responsibility.
We treat one another with dignity, respect and care.
We take our commitments seriously and contribute meaningfully.
We respect the privacy of the sisters and spaces entrusted to us.
Come as you are. Show up with intention.
A strong community is built by women who are willing to learn, contribute, respect one another and grow together. Have a concern or a question about this Code? Reach out to us.
